From Fall to Spring, the PWSC follows a fairly consistent weekly schedule. Hours change during holidays and school vacations, as well as during the Summer months. That’s when you’ll see special activities such as camps and extended skating sessions.
Weekly Public Skating Sessions
- Friday 1:00 - 4:00 PM
- Saturday 2:15 - 3:45 PM
- Sunday 2:15 - 3:45 PM
- Added Sessions on Holidays and Vacations
Ice for Private Skating Lessons
- Saturday 8:20 - 10:20 AM
- Sunday 4 - 5 PM
- Monday 3:30 - 5:30 PM
- Tuesday 2:45 - 5:15 PM
Ice for Private Hockey Lessons
- Thursday 2:30 - 6:00 PM (2:30 - 4:00 Nov. - Mar.)
House league and Hockey Clinics

What we offer
- We offer classes, clinics and private lessons for skaters and hockey players from beginner to advanced. The rink has its own House League (Fall and Spring Seasons) and is home to the LI EDGE Travel Hockey program. We also hosts teams playing in the Nassau County High School League.
When we are available

Summer Camp will be held weekly starting June 29.
We offer 7 weeks of camp . Our last week will begin August 17.
Full Day camp hours are 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Monday – Friday.
Half day Mornings are 9: 00 AM – 12:00 PM.
Half day Afternoons are 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM.

FAMILY SKATING ANNEX
A Partnership With The Rink
Port Washington Skating has established a new concept training facility across the street from the rink.
We have installed state of the art hockey specific equipment for player and goalie training. Certified trainers are available to improve your strength, speed, and agility to raise your game.
